Corporate publications and editorial communications for an international MedTech company with specialist technical teams and a wide range of internal and external audiences.

Promedon Group brought together medical, manufacturing, corporate and human-interest information from different teams and specialists. Each issue had to turn that material into a well-paced publication with clear priorities and a shared voice, preserving technical accuracy and continuity between editions.
Our involvement began before page design. Signum helped shape contents, coordinate internal contributions, interview key people and edit copy, then developed layouts, infographics, imagery and typesetting. Content and design progressed together. Working closely with internal teams helped identify gaps, validate specialist information and reach production with an agreed structure.
The editorial identity needed to feel unmistakably Promedon without becoming a conventional corporate brochure. Sections, pacing and hierarchies accommodated interviews, company stories, technical features and internal news of different lengths and tones. Shared rules connected editions while covers, opening spreads and visual resources gave each issue a focus of its own.

Each issue involved identifying stories, gathering missing information, connecting contributions and adapting language from diverse sources. Interviews and editing turned internal documents and technical discussions into stories for readers with different levels of expertise. Contents and word counts were reviewed together to balance the publication before final typesetting.

Long-form text, photography, data and process information called for different visual approaches. Infographics explained relationships that words alone could not convey, while layouts and image treatment gave each issue variety within a consistent identity. Final checks covered hierarchy, section continuity, image quality and the relationship between content and visuals.

The collaboration turned knowledge spread across the organisation into a regular publication with its own agenda, voice and presence. Its value lay in both the finished pages and the process of bringing specialists together, shaping information and meeting each production deadline with edited, ready-to-use material.
